Nomad Roadtrip Car Charger 3000 mAh Battery - A Quick Review

It takes two hours to fully charge (well 125% charge) a device with the Nomad Roadtrip car charger, but most of the time, I just need a few minutes to top up my device.

Nomad Roadtrip Car Charger 3000 mAh Battery

We all have those instances where we either forget to charge our mobile device or simply have no time to do so.

Many times I have been rushing to the airport wishing I had more juice (perhaps it is one too many flight delays once we have boarded the plane that makes me so anxious).

That's why I was pleased to begin traveling with the Nomad Extra Power Roadtrip Car Charger battery.

While many cards have their own USB ports, this charger boosts the type of power that juices up your mobile device getting it fully charged more speedily.

It also has two USB ports allowing you to charge more than one thing including both iPhones and Android devices. I used to just leave this in my car, but lately have been traveling with it.

Many times, I hop into a taxi (or Uber) after a day of meetings en route to another event, but really need to power up before getting there.

Even if your ride does not have a USB or power port, they almost certainly have a cigarette lighter. You can use this in their car (if they allow you) to stay connected.

Another great perk is that this is helpful when I travel overseas, too, since the car charging port is similar in most countries around the world.

It takes two hours to fully charge (well 125% charge) a device, but most of the time, I just need a few minutes to top up my device. You can use your own charging cable with the device (since it does not come with its own).

It is lightweight and tucks neatly into a briefcase. Even more important is that I have never had a problem passing through security with it (even overseas).

The Nomad Roadtrip retails for about $40 on the Nomad website or on Amazon.
