Constant travel takes its toll on your mind, spirit, and skin. There are lots of products on the market to replenish and rejuvenate, but Instavit Vitamin and Energy Sprays really caught my eye.

I liked that they were so small that they easily squeezed into my TSA-approved liquid travel bags. But, I also liked the fact that I could slip them into my pocket to use in my hotel room or even when I am walking around or heading into a meeting.
There are numerous spray options. My two favorites are Sweet Dreams and Instant Energy. The former is a physician-designed spray that has melatonin, which is meant to ease you into a normal sleep cycle.
That is ideal for long-haul travel. I used it when flying to Europe, and while I have never used melatonin before, I found it to be a nice way to lull me to sleep.
When I woke up naturally, I did not feel groggy, which was my initial concern. The latter is perfect for use during the day since it contains a small dose of caffeine and B vitamins to clear your mind and energize you on the go.
I used both of those regularly. There are some others that I found interesting. The Vitamin D spray is designed to boost the immune system and help you adjust to a new time zone.
It is especially important for frequent business travelers who may find themselves going immediately from a plane to the meeting. If you can’t get outdoors for at least 20 minutes of natural daylight, this spray provides a solid backup.

Clearer Thinking is another spray option that is said to support brain health, and while I am not sure exactly how it does that, it sure does have a nice and relaxing scent.
These sprays are all very simply to use as they are sprayed directly onto your skin. There is no leftover residue, and they are lightweight and not bulky.
Each spray retails for $16 on the Instavit website or on Amazon. These make great gifts for frequent travelers or to simply keep in your desk drawer for a quick pick me up.
