Look hip and on-trend while secretly knowing that what you’re wearing rivals sweatpants in comfort! Toad & Co’s Del Rey Pull-On Pant actually reminds me of the comfy pants my grandmother used to wear…but put them on, and instantly, you get that hipster, slightly hippy vibe. Think Portlandia meets outdoorsy Denver.
It comes in two colors: soot (dark gray) and husk (sienna brown). Both are made of Del Rey cord fabric that feels so smooth and cozy. This is an oversized wide-wale cord fabric that’s heavy enough for winter days out and about. You get two deep front pockets and, as the name suggests, an elastic waist. The Del Rey pant has a boyfriend fit, which adds to the comfy-cozy feel and the relaxed look. They come cuffed (24 inch inseam) but you can easily uncuff them and still have a very finished look (27 inch inseam).
I like wearing them cuffed with a Birkenstock sandal or my Toms, but you do you. Keep in mind that these pants are a bit oversized for a slightly baggy look in the thighs and hips (though they will fit true to size in the waist). You may want to size down if you want a snugger fit.
You can round out your Del Rey collection with the Del Rey shirt jac and Del Rey jumper, both of which still feature the signature corduroy of the pant. The pant is $95 on the Toad & Co website.
