“I’m in love! I’m in love and I don’t care who knows it!” -Buddy the Elf

Title Nine is a woman run business that has been around since 1989. Title Nine’s belief is that the outdoors and a good workout can cure the soul and I have to agree. Having shopped Title Nine for many years, I believe it to be the woman owned aspect that makes their clothes so closet worthy and there’s always something I can find to add to mine.

The latest offerings from Title Nine to be welcomed into my closet with open arms are the Clamberista Shorts and the Zephyr Ultralight Explorer Pant. Both check all the boxes when it comes to packability and versatility while on a trip!

Clamberista Shorts 4″

If your favorite sweatpants had a little sister that was a short, that’s the Clamberista Shorts for me. While hiking, I love a mid rise or even a high rise bottom because they don’t fight with my pack and the mid rise on the Clamberista hits just at my navel. The thick elastic waistband hugs your waist and is adjustable with it’s own drawstring. The flat front is both flattering and functional without any buttons or snaps to mess with.

The ClambR fabric is comprised of 93% nylon/7% spandex with DWR and works well on the trail. Quick dry, hard to destroy and takes a beating when scrambling over rocks, my own Clamberista Shorts still look new. The spandex give the shorts a nice stretch when out exploring and I never have to worry about the shorts limiting my range of motion.

The pockets are deep enough to store my iphone 12 safely in them for quick photos and the zippered secured pocket is great for storing a car key or money for the end of the trail.

The website states that they are true to size, but I have a bigger butt so I sized up and happy I did. The fit is perfect and the color choices are timeless. Available in 5 colors and 7 sizes (2-14), the Clamberista Shorts 4″ are a great addition to your closet. There is a pant option as well.

CLAMBERISTA SHORTS 4″

Clamberista Shorts 4″ retails for $65 and can be found on the Title Nine website. I am wearing the Rich Fig color.

Zephyr Ultralight Pant

Fair warning, I have worn these pants for the last 3 weeks straight and adore them so much!

The Zephyr Ultralight Pant is the ultimate in trail to tavern and then on to work pant. I have worn these camping, hiking, for three days straight at the Outdoor Retailer Show and they look great and are incredibly functional.

Another wide band waist from Title Nine with adjustable drawstrings for the ultimate fit. The fabric is temperature regulating and moves with the body while climbing, sitting and exploring. The Zephyr really shines with it’s 4 way mechanical stretch. The Zephyr is spandex free so it will dry faster on the trail. This is great for your overnight and through hikers.

Zephyr Ultralight Short

ZEPHYR ULTRALIGHT SHORT

I have the black and when I put them on the for Outdoor Retailer show, my husband asked why I was so dressed up. They are very well constructed and look professional (on and off Zoom!) The Zephyr has 6 pockets and I used the drop in at the mid leg and the back zippered secured pocket 99% of the time. From a quick access to my phone for photos, to storing pens for the endless not taking that is ORSM, these pants allowed me to just wear my cross body and forgo my backpack while working the floor. During travel, the drop in pockets allowed for snack storage and even quick storage for sunglasses.

ZEPHYR ULTRALIGHT EXPLORER PANT

The Zephyr Pants come in sizes XS-XL and fit TTS. Currently, they are only available in Black and Dusty Olive but (fingers crossed) Title Nine adds new colors soon. The Zephyr line also has a short and skort option.

The Zephyr Pant is available on the Title Nine website and at a store near you.

Title Nine has also released a “Round Trip” line of 4 pieces that can be worn 40 ways! See the capsule collection HERE.
