It’s hard to get excited about socks. I get it. But top quality socks are invaluable. The last thing you want when you’re on the road is to be sidelined by a blister.

Socks for Everyday Use

This summer, I’ve been testing out Swiftwick’s Maxus Zero No Show socks. I’ve done a little bit of everything in them. From wandering the charming streets of Bodrum, Türkiye, (Turkey) and hiking in Yosemite National Park, to tallying up miles on a Peloton spin bike, I’ve been pleased all around with their performance.

Swiftwick Maxus Zero Sock

The socks boast a y-shaped heel that ensures a snug fit, without bunching or slipping, and an arch band helps keep the sock in place. A thin, breathable upper helps keep feet cool and dry; the seamless toe box prevents painful friction around your toes. The socks are no show, but there is a micro tab that keeps the back of a shoe from rubbing against your heel.

Made in the USA

All Swiftwick socks are developed and made in the United States. Constructed with 52% recycled polyester, 44% nylon, and 4% spandex, every pair of Maxus Zero Tab socks contains fiber made from post-consumer plastic water bottles. One bottle is used in every pair of socks. Care is straightforward; just machine wash with cold water and tumble dry on low heat.

Swiftwick’s Maxus Zero Tab socks are available in a fun variety of colors including: Midnight Blue, Emerald, Magenta, Pink Jade, Mist, Gray, Black, and White. Cost is $16.99 on Swiftwick’s website.
