I recently had a big problem with them, I bought a 30" 4wd bag and it cracked on FIRST use in a plane. Plane use is its intended use. Heys refused to back their faulty product up citing their warranty that does not warranty the product when it is in the care of an airline. Watch this company. I used to love Heys.
